The problem is you are using a Sierra Chart account through AMP but then you say you have a live funded account through Interactive Brokers but the Sierra Chart account you have cannot connect to Interactive Brokers. So you do not have an account set up through either CQG, Rithmic or the Sierra Chart order routing service? But even in these cases, that account needs to be through AMP. You have to connect to a live account to authorize CME data as explained here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges The only way we can solve this is to remove your Sierra Chart account association from AMP.
