I had this problem before about 2 months ago. I use CTS data (SIM) and for my front office trading platform I use CTS T4 (LIVE) to input my trades. I just upgraded my my version of my platform from 1744 to 2015 and it seems this is still a problem.

When I open my Sierra platform and then log into my CTS platform I get an error saying I am logged into my CTS platform. My CTS is LIVE through my clearing firm while my Sierra charts is SIM data.

Do I have to load my 1700's versions of the platform? or is there a fix?

Help.
