We see that you are setup with CQG in one installation, but we do not see a second trading account setup. What Trading service are you using in that second installation? Additionally, you have setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with only 1 connection turned on. Therefore, you would only be able to get data on one installation at a time. Since you only have the Full CME Group with Market Depth enabled for your exchange, you would be better off using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as that is cheaper and allows for 2 connections at the same time and does not have any symbol limits. Let us know if you want us to transfer you over to the Denali feed and whether this is something that you want done outside of market hours.
