We see you are using sub instances. Does this happen with a sub instance? In the Data/Trade Service Settings in the main instance of Sierra Chart, be sure the setting for Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real Time Symbols is set to the value for which you want the updates to occur. The minimum setting is 20 minutes. If it is set to 0, then the symbol will not update automatically.
