In Symbol Settings, I attached 2 images images for you to see where I set the quote value to 4 decimals. I In the Symbol Settings screenshot you set this for a symbol pattern which is not even used in the quote board you attached. You need to set a Price Display Format of .0001 for the exact symbol pattern.. I could not get any symbols to show quotes on the quoteboard chart using format explanation for IB you provide You need to have Interactive Brokers help you with this. We do not know what the symbols should be.
