Hi, *** I have an IB trading account (for data and trading) *** I have recently purchased the "Sierra Chart 5 - Advanced" package. Since I have read that SC has issues with IB's data feed, (for test purposes) I also have purchased some kind of a data feed from SC? I can see this "Exchange Data Feed Features and Exchanges Monthly Cost: 25 USD" in my account info. This is the reason I'm getting confused: When I connect through IB's data feed and I brows the Crude Oil NYMEX Futures (January 2020), I get real-time data (The symbol is CL-202001-NYMEX). When I switch to "SC Data - All Services [data]" and access the Crude Oil NYMEX Futures (The symbol is CLF20 now), my charts are not moving - no real time data. Could you please help me clarify, on what data package I'm right now? |
