Dear Sirs,

this morning download of historical data does not work. When opening a chart book, the system tries to download historical data (message on yellow background appears), but after a few seconds the message "download failed" appears. When opening Sierra Chart, the system connects without problems, charts are displayed but current data are not downloaded.
Can you please resolve the problem ?
