I have problem with connection to my TopStepTrader account. I ask them about problem and they send me thiss e-mail.
"I have looked up your $100K Trading Combine account and I can confirm that the account is set up correctly since I was able to successfully log into R|Trader with your credentials we have sent you via email. Since your $50K Trading Combine account is canceled and scheduled to close on 11/29, I believe when you log in it is still pointing towards your old account and not the current active $100K Trading Combine.

In order to get this correct, you will have to contact Sierra Chart Support team to see how you can switch the account number. Unfortunately, that is outside the realms our support and we are not too sure how that works on their front end platform, therefore they would be the best one to assist in this matter.

Can you help me with this problem?
