It looks like you have two accounts with Sierra Chart, the one that you have posted this message from and to which you posted the $50 and another that was provided by AMP. The AMP account is the one from which the message originated, as that account does not have enough of a balance for the data feed that was active on it. Please post a message in the Account Support Tickets if you want us to move the money between the accounts or help you setup the data feed differently.
