We have this now solved. Update the symbol settings as explained at the bottom of the page here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php After this, open your stock charts and then go to Edit >> Download Data for All Historical Charts. For this to work properly, you will need package 3 or package 5 or be subscribing to the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Futures data feed.
