Hi Admin, Transact was able to enable upgrade to SCv2002 without subscribing to AT Charts, so SC Upgrade has been done. I needed to sign some documents for Transact, including the risk limit fee acceptance. I thought I would like to incorporate Denali, but I trade Dax, and Eurex is not on Denali list. Since Transact is not on TT clearing list, apparently, I cannot use SCFORS w/ data as long as I am enabled with Transact. I am now attempting to sign on to SC real time data, but since I started the Denali process, but will not finish due to the DAX/Eurex problem, can you clear out the Denali items so that I can start up the SC real time data ($35) + Exchange data (cme bundle ($15.75) and Eurex ($21) + adv Pkg % ($36). At this moment, I am without data, Denali (unusable to me) is on the list of recurring services. This I would like to be only SC Data + Pkg 5 and exchange fees.
