hi I am using demo account with CQG API. As you can see from the screen shot I am connected and historical data and market data is downloaded. I have also loaded the correct symbol to load Crude Oil live data using what is available from the Available symbols panel from Sierra Chart. But for some reason it shows this message in the screen shot below. Can I know what to do please? I could not trade for days already.
