We did have at least one report of someone not able to connect with CQG FIX today. You also need to understand that Sierra Chart handles CQG FIX disconnects in the background. You are not going to notice them occur unless you look at the Message Log. This is something we just received from CQG now: Emergency Maintenance So they are having a problem today.
At 16:30 CST today we will be performing emergency maintenance that could cause brief disconnects from our order routing infrastructure. CQG products should reconnect automatically but please check your system.
