The issue is that when you use the option Use Different Start Time the bars do not line up to that exact time. Therefore there are data differences between the 15 minute and the 60 minute charts. For example, let's say the Day session starts at 08:30. There is a bar in both the 15 and 60 minute charts that starts at 08:30 since it is the beginning of a session. But when you set Use Different Start Time to 08:15, then only the 15 minute chart can create a VbP profile that starts at that time, since there is a bar there. The 60 minute chart still can only start at 08:30, since that is the closest bar to 08:15.
