Many reports of this from fellow Transact/Infinity users with the replacement Websocket connection (Transact WS). Don't expect it to get better anytime soon, IMHO. Try using SC's newer Denali data feed which should have all of the CME Group exchanges (EUREX users are still SOL though). Or go back to v1941 and figure out how to use the legacy TA bridge connection (Transact Trading) for data with the newer/current version of Sierra in a new or separate instance.
