I tried to disconnect and reconnect a few times, no success. I This tells us, there was some network connectivity issue somewhere if this was not helping. Because you would have been switching between two different servers in two different data centers, with different physical connectivity. The following ISPs are used by our servers: CBOT - Cogent (upcoming server) Equinix CH1 - Verizon (Currently used) CME DC3 - Zayo (currently used) As far as the issue with the market depth data, we think that the subscription to market depth data just was not getting through, due to the connectivity issue, and that's why it was delayed.
