I have received a shared custom study and chartbook from another Sierra user (AC116576). He was in communication with you about this error last week and was told that I would need to contact you. The study is located in the data folder but does not show up when I have the chart studies open and search in the Add Custom Study. Also, on the chartbook which came with the study applied, I get this CreateStudyDLLModuleFunctionObject Error loading C:\SierraChart\Data\OpenRangeBO.dll. Windows error code 126: The specified module could not be found. Likely missing dependency file. I am running Sierra 1997 on Windows 10 Any advice? |
