Ok thanks, some windows did overlap screens from different GPUs, so that certainly helped a bit, maybe now only 50% increase in CPU usage. Are there any other things that can be done? Win 10 seems to be favouring one or two cores, whereas Win 7 distributed load evenly. This seems illogical, but maybe it is more efficient? I understand this is probably beyond the scope of support, as these are OS related issues, I am interested to know of other users experiences when switching to Win 10. Maybe I revert to Win 7 until I am forced by Microsoft to switch. |
