If you are user of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Effective October 19, CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Options Data is going to be removed from this service.

CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Options Data is provided with the new Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

You will need to use the Denali exchange data feed if you require that options data. If you only require CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX whether it is for outright futures, spreads or options, you should be using the new Denali Exchange Data Feed starting in November. For help with this, start an Account Support Ticket requesting a transition from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to the Denali feed:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets

We will handle the transition gracefully for you.

The reason options data is being removed from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, is that we have had some problems with CME packet loss on those servers and we have to reduce the load on that network and servers. We have no issue with packet loss with our new Denali Exchange Data Feed which runs on a different network.

Now if you require other exchanges other than CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX and also require options data, then you need to use both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will need to use the Denali exchange data feed for CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX. If you have a need for options, this should not be of any problem because it only means, that you only pay an additional 20-25USD/month for data for CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX and this also includes options data. This is still a very good deal.

We hope we made everything clear above.

Based upon how many users we observe using the CME related options data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, the number of users which will be impacted by the above, is less than 5 if even that.
