1. It does replace the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. So item c. 2 . We do not want to go into a lot of explanation as to why the price is higher. It does need to be higher to cover processing costs but we can reduce it to about 111USD/month. There is another reason why it is higher but that is another explanation.
