Hello

I signed up with Topstep Trader which allows me to trade for a certain period on a demo account which might lead to a funding of a real account.

They provided me Rithmic Credentials (Service: Rithmic Trading [trading]). I managed to activate the feed successfully.

According to their instructions, I disabled trading simulation (unticked trading simulation on) in order for them to be able to receive my trades.

When I initiated a trade, the DTC Bridge Server window was showing that the number of open orders for my account was 0.

After I closed the trade, when I checked the Trade activity log it was empty (trade activity, statistics, trades, period stats). The only information I could see was only the daily P/L on the chart stats window.

By the way I run two instances of Sierra Chart, the main one and a sub instance. I have the charts on the main one and I execute trades through the doms on the sub instance one.

I attached a picture of the DTC Bridge Server window.

Please help.
