Same here, I had to downgrade to 1987. With version 1991 my chart books did not work. I could open them but the Trading Chart DOM with the price scale was missing on the right side of the screen. I am using OpenGL. Also all the bars on the chart were absent. I also noticed an unusually high CPU usage in the task manager. So it came as no surprise that Sierra Charts was very sluggish to unusable. Just FYI.
