Chart Trading is malfunctioning.

1. The P/L displayed in the upper left corner, when Chart Trading is enabled, is incorrect. It has been incorrect for a few days. I have used the "Refresh Trade Data from Service" option, which has not resolved the issue. Furthermore, my trades are incorrect - if I submit a trade, such as a Buy entry, Chart Trading will display the order as a Sell entry, or Sell Exit. This issue stems from a problem following a particular trading session. After this particular trading session, my exit orders were incorrect. At the conclusion of trading that session, Sierra Chart displayed an open order, on the Trade Activity Log - Trades. I had no open orders at that time. At some time during the system refresh for the following session, the Trade Activity Log was reset so as to now display the correct Trade Activity for subsequent activity. However, Chart Trading, regarding the Fill information displayed on the chart, has not reset. The Fill information remains incorrect for subsequent trading activity.

After reading previous support posts, I am unsure how to resolve this state. I am considering deleting the files TradeOrdersList.data - since it pertains to open orders - all files since the known issue, or TradeActivityLogs - all files since the known issue, or TradePositionsAndBalance.data - all files since the known issue.

How do I resolve this current malfunction of Chart Trading?
