The ultimate problem is the CME rules here. Their rules are the reason the data is not accessible. Follow the instructions here if you are having trouble connecting to Transact: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#AccountLogonError Only Transact can help you get connected to their system and once that is done then you will be able to receive the real time CME data from the SC exchange data feed. There is not a problem with version 1991 at all. If it is not connecting to Transact only Transact can help you with that. But we went ahead and authorized your account for CME data for a couple of days knowing that you have one with Transact. But we need to restate this information: If you are unable to quickly get this resolved with Transact we want you to change Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services. This way you can receive the data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed now.
Connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed and then translate the symbols for your open Chartbooks with Edit >>Translate Symbols to Current Service: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
