Yes, I can confirm this as I experienced the described problem Monday morning. I reloaded the charts several times but the price wouldn't move. Then, I logged out SC and logged back in and it started working normally. Since then I had no problems. The quick solution to this is to select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. How's work on the data feed with CME for users without trading accounts. This is currently being worked on. Should be ready before the end of the year.
