So, more disconnects to the TransACT Websocket. If have made contact with TransAct and they (of course) say they are waiting to hear back from Sierra about the issues. I've sent my message log so you can look at it. As I told TransAct, I've just about had enough of working through this issue - it's costing me money in lost trades. Not blaming either side... just want permanent fix. Thanks, Elena |
