Thanks for getting back to me so promptly.That's correct - no futures trading account. If I've done this correctly, I am paying the $115.50 for the CME option. It's the one listed "CME, For professionals and users without a trading account Symbols: CME, GBLX". It is 'Activated' on the list of 'avaliable exchanges'. I get real time data for Currencies but not for Futures or Indexes. The instruments I'm looking at are CLV19, GCZ19 and $IUXX (Nasdaq). I get data but it comes through as 'historical updates' - clearly not 'real time'. That's what makes me think I have set up the Exchange service incorrectly? |
