I am able to log in to my Sierra Chart but when I log in the only thing that opens is my orders and positions window nothing else opens. So i can not click file open chartbook as the last Sierra Chart support member told me. The only thing that opens is a order and position window as you can see in the screenshot nothing else at all. There is no way for me to open chartbooks or do anything besides the position window How do i fix this thanks |
