With equity symbols from IQFeed, the QuoteBoard brings up the chart and fills in the QuoteBoard. With futures symbols, it brings up the chart (after displaying an Unknown Symbol message while it loads) but does not fill in the QuoteBoard. This may be happening because the local IB SC has equity symbols that match but the futures symbols do not match. That is the QuoteBoard is probably displaying local data even though the link brings up a remote data chart. |
