Hi, I've been charting Interactivebrokers' ticker "TICK-IBIS" Index in Sierrachart for a number of years. In Sierrachart this ticker is designated as "TICK-IBIS-I-IBIS". The "TICK-IBIS" is working normally in IB Trader Workstation, but the "TICK-IBIS-I-IBIS" symbol in Sierrachart stopped working recently and produces the message "Symbol setting not found for current service". The response from IB on this issue is: "The symbols presented inside TWS are the values that you would use for your API program, unless Sierrachart handles this differently, in this case you will need to confirm the correct symbolism on their side." I would appreciate your advice. Thanks |
