Dear tech support

Im completely new with futures and looks like I made a mistake with registration credentials

20/8 I registered your platform on your website and connected to your datafeed and started to explore a program. I thought later I'll bundle platform to my broker (AMP)
21/8 after short e-mail with tech support of AMP they advised me to register via amp site to obtain CQG datafeed and starts sim trade. I did it, got CQG credentials, connected and eveythig was fine
But today when I've opened chart I've got bunch of errors:
0) system notification message concerning "data error in historical Intraday data for CME symbols during 2019-08-20 17:00 Eastern time" I remove & reload data for each ticket and looks like I dont have any problems with history / active chart
1) Symbol missing. Completely disappeared F.US.EU6U19 - I cant find it with "find symbol"
2) If I open any new symbol - "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information." and etc. DOM is empty.

I tried to "reset windows" after that "Global Settings/Symbol Settings/Update From Server" after that "Edit/translate symbols to current service"... no results

My subscription problem - Is it problem with platform or with broker?
