You definitely did not set a symbol limit of 500. Currently the symbol limit is 20 for the SC Exchange Data Feed for your account. For Intraday charts it would only be reasonable to go back about five years. So you would want to adjust this particular setting to be based on 5 years: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload For longer-term charts, you need to use Historical Daily charts.
