We see this file is being provided apparently as part of a list of files from Infinity but we have to check on that. We will remove it for all users. However, this message indicates that it is not causing any problem: "The advanced custom study C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\Data\VCValueLevels.dll version is unsupported.
