Looking at these logs, it is clear the data downloading is not complete. Follow the instructions again here and be sure to follow the instructions exactly and Select All contract months:

Before doing the download we want you to disable Global Settings >> Symbol Settings>> Use Custom Symbol Settings Values because the rollover rules may not be correct for the CL futures contract. Maybe you changed them?
