1. We are not understanding this.

2. This does not make sense. No one has ever reported this. And inherently makes no technical sense.

3. What exactly do you mean? If Sierra Chart is abnormally shutting down, we have never heard of anything like that before in this regard. We would expect this to be caused by a custom study.

We want you to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:

4. We think there is a problem with the historical data downloading. We want you to follow the instructions below.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Select all contract months.

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

And make sure you do the above from the main instance of Sierra Chart. Not a sub instance.
