Same here. Price went through my limit order several times without filling, so I attempted to Cancel. AMP says they cannot cancel because it is FIX. They say Sierra Chart must cancel. (Although they cancelled it last time.) Order doesn't appear to have filled, nor can I cancel it. I cannot move the order either. Status = PENDING CANCEL It is in limbo.
