You are not quite correct in what you need to activate. Here is the list: - Advanced 5 Package: $36 (needed for Numbers Bars) - Denali Exchange Data Feed (the feed itself, not including exchanges): $25 without SC Order Routing; $20 with SC Order Routing. - Full CME Group exchange fee: $3.25 to $462 (pricing depends on trading status and whether you want Market Depth data or not). If you have a funded futures trading account and do not require market depth data, then the exchange fee is $3.25, but if you do not have a funded futures trading account, then each CME Group exchange is $42 to 115.50.
