This is not making sense. We cannot reproduce this even when using Rithmic and we can see here that the very last day of 2019-08-07 is being returned: HD Request # 27 | Received 1438 records from 2013-11-20 00:00:00 to 2019-08-07 00:00:00 (5.7years) and wrote 1438 records for CLU9-NYMEX | 2019-08-07 13:16:42.738 So it does not make sense there would be missing data before that. Follow the procedure again in post #2. We cannot think of anything else at this point in time.
