This problem is now resolved for your account. Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Also do you just require real-time CME data? If so, you should use the new Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed This will have avoided the problem altogether.
