You are getting the following error: Logon error received from server: Limited to one connection per username for the requested data source. This indicates that you are connected to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed from other Sierra Chart instances. Either disconnect you other instances, or go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and Disable the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds option. Refer to the screenshot at step #14 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions And reconnect the by selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
