We apologize for the delay. The Position Average Price is calculated from the order fills and if there is a missing order fill it can result in the average price being zero. Due to a problem on Friday August 2, 2019, there were some missed fills with the TT order routing. We did work on recovering them from TT but apparently we did not get all of them. They do have another database we can pull information from and we are going to work on that. For now we can provide a ticket to you, with the fills we see since that position originated and then you can let us know the details about the fill that is missing and we can insert it manually for now.
