If you use Logitech software for example to change the mapping of the middle mouse button to a keyboard shortcut and then map that keyboard shortcut in Sierra to crosshair then it will switch it to crosshair. However a second press to the middle mouse will not toggle it back to hand tool or something else, it only will switch you to crosshairs. Also, you will not be Able to use the middle mouse button in the windows for normal function Sierra would need to allow mapping of mouse buttons in Sierra directly and allow us to toggle from on function to another to enable this in an elegant solution. I think they are working on shortcut updates, hopefully this will be in a future release as it’s in mt4 lol |
