Transact says Sierra chart latest version is not compatible with infinity AT and only below 1941 version, it will work . They sent 1915 version and it is working . I lost all the time and chart files and study collect in the update issues . I want to remove Sierra direct and data feed connection immediately as it is no more useful to me . I never understand why Sierra release the update without checking with affiliated trading brokerages and forcing customers to loose time and energy
