The question is whether the CME is going to impose these exchange fees upon brokers or not. What we are seeing, is that exchanges do not enforce their exchange fee rules upon brokers and a lot of brokers choose not to comply and are able to get by. Of course, you can not use the market data provided by the broker. You should be able to unsubscribe from that data. In the case of CQG FIX we will not use their market data.
