When a trade is placed in the 00 account, the trade is placed in 00 but not in the other two. Check the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab and see if you see the orders there. Maybe the orders are getting rejected. You cannot turn off trade confirmations with order allocation. This is a safety feature. We will not change that.
