These are 15 minute charts, when it's time for a new candlestick it stays locked to the last one.
What we have determined, is you are having a Gain Capital data feed issue related to the pricing data and timestamps or something like that. This is not a Sierra Chart issue at all. Can you tell us who your broker is? Understand, we cannot provide any immediate resolution to this problem. It is an external data feed issue. Also, version 1964 has no changes with the Chart Update Interval. It was restored back to as it was in previous versions.
