Hi, I am a trader not a software engineer. I hate computerproblems, I pay for platform, data and broker and I think I can expect my problems be solved. Or is this too much? So I do not understand you say "This is the most direct help you can get here on the Support Board.' If Ritmic is not your favor why is this being advised? you are my only chance for a solution! And pay monthly for rithmic and pay for your platform. I never saw anything about the fact that Ritmic was not good. You have a connection with them through your DTS.
