Hello, I'm very confused with current offer from Sierra and overall state of transition. Please correct me if I'm wrong here. I understood that there was a project to move all Sierra users who trade CME products only to Denali Exchange during month of July 2019 and stop offering Sierra Realtime/Historical data feed I have subscribed to Denali couple of weeks ago. Today new month has started and I have been charged for Denali Exchange. Now I try to activate CME with Depth subscription and message says that I have to activate RealTime data connection (which is $25) first. Do I need Sierra RealTime connection as well in order to use CME with depth? If so, why do I need Denali for? Thanks and best regards |
