Hi, I am facing this issue today, is there any solution other than switching to sierrachart. Do you know what causes this error "CGQ Web API/Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Trade routing not available now" Contact customer support for assistance. I just spoke to cqg and they say that Sierra chart should first troubleshoot the error. Please advise.
