Hi Alex, https://www.cmegroup.com/market-data/distributor/files/july-2019-fee-schedule-5.pdf see here, its actually $40 for the exchange fee for the ES only - money going to the CME (plus $2.00 for payment processing). Sierra Chart SP5 can be gotten for as little as $25.20 per month, if paying for 12 months through the multi-month discount, but monthly it is $36. Also you would need to pay $25 per month to Sierra Chart for provisioning the data feed. Note you can do your monthly simulation trading on delayed data without the $42 (exchange fee) or the $25 (Sierra Chart for provision real time), for just $25.20 per month, if paying for 12 months through the multi-month discount, but monthly it is $36.
